The Pacers were first established in 1967 as a member of the American Basketball Association (ABA) and became a member of the NBA in 1976 as a result of the ABA–NBA merger that occurred at that time, which happened to all the other teams too.  The Indiana Pacers play their home games at the Bankers Life Field House.  The Indiana Pacers have never won an NBA Championship, but they have won a few ABA Championships.  In addition to that, the team has won no less than nine division titles.  The team has also been graced in the past with hall of famers like Reggie Miller, Chris Mullin, Alex English, Mel Daniels, and Roger Brown.
