Networks and Channels Streaming the 76ers This Year

The Philadelphia 76ers (also commonly nicknamed by fans as the Sixers) are a well-known, very good, American, professional basketball team based out of Philadelphia.  The Philadelphia 76ers compete all the way up in the National Basketball Association, as a member of the league’s Eastern Conference Atlantic Division, along with the Toronto Raptors, Boston Celtics, Brooklyn Nets, and New York Knicks.  Founded as it was way back in 1946 and originally known as the Syracuse Nationals, they are one of the oldest franchises in all of the NBA, and one of only eight (out of 23 total from that first founding) to survive the league’s first decade in the 1940s and 1950s.  The 76ers have had some of the best players of them all: Wilt Chamberlain, Julius Erving, Moses Malone, Charles Barkley, Allen Iverson, and Billy Cunningham. They have won three NBA championships too, and have created a rivalry with arguably the best team in the NBA, the Los Angeles Lakers.
